(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 22.05.2014 (Annexure P-8), passed by respondent No.2 and for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within time bound manner and for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition directing the respondent No.2 to keep the recovery proceedings, in furtherance of assessment order passed by him, in abeyance till the decision of appeal filed by the petitioner before respondent No.1. 2.After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to her in accordance with law. 2.Dismissed as withdrawn.
