2.Ms. Razaq places on record communication dated 09.02.2021issued by the Income Tax Officer to the Branch Manager of Bank ofIndia withdrawing the notice of attachment of the bank account of thepetitioner. The communication states that henceforth the bank cancarry out the normal transactions in respect of the petitioner's accountnumber.
3.According to us, the aforesaid notice dated 09.02.2021 redressesthe grievance of the petitioner in this petition.

4.The appeal as well as the application for interim reliefs madetherein to be disposed of by the concerned authorities on their ownmerits and in accordance with law.
5.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no orderas to costs.
6.All concerned to act based on the authenticated copy of thisorder.
