The only apprehension raised by the learned Amicus Curiae isthat in an Affidavit filed by Shri Ashok Kumar Sharma, AssistantRegistrar on behalf of I.T.A.T, Panaji, at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5, it isinter alia recorded that the requirements to provide accommodation tothe Presiding Officers would be expeditiously completed withoutspecifying the time limit. The learned Amicus Curiae has pointed outthat considering the past experience, the respondents may notimmediatly take steps to ensure that the requirements with thatregard are compiled with. Considering the facts and circumstances ofthe case and accepting the said statement on behalf of the I.T.A.T, we find it appropriate to dispose of the above petition by expressing ouranxiety to the respondents to ensure that all the requisite formalitieswith respect to the matters referred to in the said affidavit at paras 3,4 and 5 are completed expeditiously and in any case within sixmonths from today.
