The applicant has, in para 8 of the application, set out the period (dates) when he intends to travel abroad for work and forattending exhibitions i.e. in January, March, April, October, November,2018 and January, March, April and August, 2019. 3Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is an Architect by profession and is required to travel abroad frequently inconnection with his work. He submits that even on earlier occasions, theapplicant has been permitted to travel abroad and that the applicant has notmisused the liberty granted to him. Learned counsel appearing for therespondent No.1 does not dispute the same. 4Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayerclause (a). 5The applicant is directed to give his itinerary to the respondentNo.1, whenever he leaves the country and shall inform the authorities onhis arrival. 6Application is allowed on the aforesaid terms.
