Having heard Shri Bhatt, learned counsel for the appellant and considering the impugned order passed by the learned Tribunal, it appears that present appeal is wrongly filed by the Revenue has as such before the learned Tribunal assessee has not pressed the cross objection. Under the circumstances, when the learned Tribunal has dismissed the cross objection as not pressed, there is no question of preferring any appeal as no adverse order has been passed against the appellant.
