2.Ms.Dhanani, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2to 43 has no objection if the amendment is allowed with liberty to contestthe merits of the amendment if allowed at the hearing of the petition.
3.In the above view, as the amendment is sought beforeadmission of the petition and is also not opposed by the Respondents,therefore, chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
4.Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.Amended copy to be served upon the Respondents within one weekthereafter. The Respondents to file their reply, if any, to the amendedpetition within a period of two weeks of the amended petition beingserved.
5.All contentions on merits kept open.
