CORAM :BILAL NAZKIandA. A. KUMBHAKONI, JJ.DATED :8TH SEPTEMBER, 2008.
It is conceded at the Bar that before filing the appeal permission wasneeded to be taken from the Committee of Disputes, which admittedly is notobtained. The respondent also had obtained such permission before it filedthe appeal in which it succeeded before the Tribunal. As such the appeal isdismissed.
2.However, the appellant is at liberty to approach this Court afresh, if hegets permission from the Committee of Disputes.
