We have heard Mr. Manish Shah, the learned counsel appearing for the writ applicant and Mr. Manish Bhatt, the learned Sr. Counsel assisted by Ms. Mauna Bhatt, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Revenue.
Mr. Manish Shah, the learned counsel appearing for the writ applicant submits that, he has instructions from his client not to press this writ application as his client has thought fit to avail the benefit under the 'Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020'.
