1.This petition is filed aggrieved of notice filed under Section148 dated 17.09.2014 (Annexure-4), the notice under Section143(2) dated 02.12.2015 (Annexure-10) and to restrain thefurther proceedings in consequence of the notice under Section148 (Annexure-4).
2.Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a copyof the re-assessment order dated 15.03.2016.
3.In view of the subsequent developments, the petition isdisposed of relegating the petitioner to the remedy of appeal.
4.In the eventuality of the petitioner filing an appeal along withthe application for condonation of delay, if not already filed, withinsix weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall take asympathetic view taking into account that the writ petition ispending since 2015.
