1.This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of Panchnama dated 6.4.2018 (Annexure P-2).
2.At the outset, learned counsel for the Revenue states that he has been informed that in case the petitioner is ready to give a bank guarantee, in accordance with instructions dated 21.1.2019, the seized material would be released forthwith.
2.Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the bank guarantee will be furnished by Wednesday.
3.Learned counsel for the respondents states that in that event the
CWP No. 27686 of 2019 (O&M)
seized material would also be released on that very day.
4.In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of.
