2. Mr. Gosavi points out that by common judgment and order
dated 09.07.2019, several writ petitions including Writ PetitionNo.141/2015 and Writ Petition No.1023/2015 came to bedisposed of. He points out that in the cause title, there is clear
reference to Writ Petition No.1023/2015. However, in theoperative part at para 29, wherein Rule is made absolute, there isomission to refer to Writ Petition No.1023/2015. He submits thatfrom the context, it is very clear that even in Writ PetitionNo.1023/2015, Rule was made absolute.
3. Upon perusing the material on record, it thus appear thatthere was inadvertent omission as pointed out by Mr.Gosavi.there was inadvertent omission as pointed out by Mr.Gosavi.
