Learned counsel for the appellant states that onSeptember 25, 2013, he had sought time to seek instructions as to whetherthe expenses in question namely interest-`6,84,350/-, salaries-`18,000/-and rent-`15,000/- had been allowed to the assessee in the subsequentyears or not. He states that in spite of having sent several communicationsto the appellant, no response has been received from it and pleads noinstructions.
2.In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed forwant of prosecution. It shall, however, be open to the appellant to file anapplication for revival of the present appeal in case something survivestherein.
