01.We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates forthe respective sides.
02.The learned Advocate representing the Income Tax Departmentsubmits that the Petitioner – Sushila, who is widow of the deceased Ramesh,will have to complete the formality of logging in as a legal heir and update thecontact details, bank account and such other features, which is required to bedone as a part of the process of updating the bank account of Sushila, inrelation to the Income Tax account. Thereafter, the Income Tax Departmentwould deposit the refund amount along with interest.
