When the matter is taken up for hearing Sri Y.Vivekananda, learned counsel representing Sri YN Lohitha, would place on record the communication received by himstating that the assessee is not interested in further pursuingthe matter before the Court as the assessment pertains to the period 1992-93 & 1993-94. 3. Recording the said submission made by the learnedcounsel, we decline to answer the questions for nonprosecution.
