Admit. Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents.The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a disposal ofExt.P2 appeal and Ext.P3 stay petition. In view of the limitedprayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed ofdirecting the respondents to hear and dispose of Ext.P2 appeal atthe earliest. There will be a further direction to the respondentsto take up Ext.P3 stay petition and hear and dispose of the samewithin three months. Coercive steps for recovery shall remainstayed till the disposal of the stay petition.
