We have heard Mr.K.V.Aravind, learned Counsel|
appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Sandeep Huilgol,learned Counsel for Mr.T.Suryanarayana, appearing forthe respondent.
2. There is no dispute on the aspects that the taxeffect of the main ITA is Rs.26,09,718/-. Therefore thesame would be above Rs.20,00,000/- and not coveredby the Circular No.21/2015 dated 10.12.2015. Thisfact could not be brought to the notice of the Courtwhen earlier order was passed in ITA No.1/2011. .Hence the earlier order dated 17.12.2015 in ITA!No.1/2011 is reviewed. Resultantly, ITA No.1/2011.shall stand restored for appropriate consideration inaccordance with law.
Review Petition is disposed of.
