2. This review petition has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 14.09.2020 passed in ITA No.270/2014.
3. Learned counsel for the revenue submits that the tax effect involved in this appeal is more than Rs.1.00 crore.
4. The aforesaid submission has not been fairly disputed by the learned counsel for the assessee.
5. In view of the fact that the tax effect involved in the appeal is more than Rs.1.00 crore, the Circular dated
08.08.2019 issued by the Central Board of Direct Taxes
has no application to the facts of the case. Therefore, the judgment dated 14.09.2020 passed in ITA No.270/2014 requires to be reviewed.
6. In the result, ITA No.270/2014 is restored to file.
Review petition is allowed.
