THIS REVIEW PETITION IS FILED UNDER ORDER47 RULE 1 OF CPC, PRAYING TO REVIEW THE ORDER)DATED:01/09/2015 PASSED IN ITA NO.139/2015, ON.THR FILE OF THR HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF!KARNATAKA, BANGALORE.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THISDAY,JAYANT PATEL J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
We have heard Mr.E.].Sanmathi, with Mr.Dilip, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. _—
2. The only ground of review pressed in service inthe present petition is the decision of this Court in ITA.No.5006/2013 which is carried by the Departmentbefore the Apex Court and the SLP is pending.
3. In our view, such can hardly be termed as avalid ground for review. When the issue was alreadycovered by the decision of this Court and this Court has_found that there is no substantial question of lawinvolved, we do not find that such decision deserves tobe reviewed on the ground as sought to be canvassed. —
4. Hence, there is no merit in the review petition. |Therefore, dismissed.
SD. Since the petition is dismissed, the officeobjection shall not survive.
