Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during thependency of the writ petition in pursuance to the notice dated 09.09.2014(Annexure P-7), an order under Section 147 of the Income Tax Act, 1961(in short 'the Act') has been passed on 04[th] February, 2016. It was submittedthat the present writ petition has become infructuous and may be disposedof as such. However, liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge thesaid order and take all the pleas as may be available to it in accordance withlaw.
2.Disposed of as infructuous. It shall, however, be open to thepetitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it inaccordance with law and take all the pleas available to it.
