Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that duringpendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has completed herMD Course in Ayurveda with the respondent-University; asCo-ordinate Bench of this Court on 26.10.2018 had grantedinterim order in favour of petitioner while permitting the petitionerto provisionally participate in counselling of PG Course, which wasconducted by the Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Karwad,
Jodhpur and accordingly the petitioner was permitted toparticipate in the counselling.
Learned counsel for the respondent-University and theCounselling Board does not refute the same.
In light of the submissions made and on account of the factthat the petitioner has completed her course of MD in the subjectof Ayurveda with the respondent-University, the present writpetition is disposed of.
Stay application as well as all pending applications, if any,stands disposed of.
