This order shall dispose of ITA Nos. 33, 34, 35 and 129 of2013, as according to the learned counsel for the parties, the issue involvedtherein is identical. ITA No. 33 of 2011 relates to the Assessment Year2005-06, ITA No. 34 of 2011, relates to the Assessment Year 2006-07, ITANo. 35 of 2011, pertains to the Assessment Year 2008-09, whereas, ITA No.129 of 2013 is in respect of the Assessment Year 2007-08.
2.Learned counsel for the appellant(s) states that in view of theorder dated 25[th] March, 2015, passed in CWP No. 6714 of 2014, titled as“Sanatan Dharam Shiksha Samiti Vs. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax,Panchkula”, he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal(s) with libertyto file appropriate application(s) for rectification of order before the Tribunal.3.Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to theappellant(s) to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it inaccordance with law.
