It is informed that against the impugned assessment order,the petitioner has already preferred appeal (Annex.4) before theconcerned Appellate Authority and the same is pending. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstancesof the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to theAppellate Authority concerned to decide the appeal (Annex.4) filedby the petitioner on merits in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
