JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI Mr. Vineet Jain for the petitioners.Mr. Vikram Rajpurohit, Public Prosecutor. After attempting to argue the matter onmerits for quite some time, learned counsel forthe petitioners seeks to withdraw this criminalmisc. petition for the purpose of raising allthe permissible defences before the trial courtat appropriate stage. However, learned counselfor the petitioners has prayed that a directionof issuance of standing arrest warrant againstthe petitioners may be modified and thepetitioners may be directed to summon throughbailable warrant. This court is of the opinion that since thepetitioners are ready to appear before the trialcourt one opportunity can be given to them. Hence, this criminal misc. petition isdismissed as withdrawn. However, the orderdated 3.11.2014 passed by Additional ChiefMetropolitan Magistrate (Economic Offence),Jodhpur Metropolitan in Criminal Case No.876/2006 of issuance of standing arrestwarrant against the petitioners is modified.The petitioners shall appear before the trialcourt within a period of three weeks from todayand each of the petitioners shall furnish bailbonds to the tune of Rs.25,000/-. On furnishingthe same, the petitioners be released on bail.It is made clear that in case the petitionersfail to appear before the trial court as per theabove directions, the order dated 3.11.2014passed by the learned Magistrate willautomatically be revived. ,J.
