1. This is an application at the instance of the original-appellant seeking condonation of delay of 430 days in filing the Tax Appeal under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, against the order passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal dated 22[nd] March 2018 in Tax Appeal No.3067/Ahd/2016 for the A.Y. 2012-13.
2.Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and having gone through the averments made in this application, we are convinced with the sufficient cause assigned by the applicant for condonation of delay of 430 days in preferring the Tax Appeal. The delay is accordingly condoned. The present Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute.
