This is a petition for return ofjewellary and cash which was|seized during the search operation on the ground that the petitioner haspaid all the tax liability and nothing is due from her to the Income Tax. ©
Learned counsel states that in connection, the petitioner hasmade application on 15.01.2020 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.4 andalso on 23.01.2020 (Annexure P-7), but no order has been passedthereon. He further states that he would be satisfied at this stage, if adirection is given to respondent No.4 to decide the said application bypassing a speaking order thereon within a period of three weeks.Consequently, we dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.4to decide the said application by passing a speaking order thereon withina period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of thisorder.
