ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 28.08.2025 issued by the respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondent not to initiate any recovery proceedings.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in a
connected matter listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 03.09.2025 in
SLP(C) No.24001/2025 & SLP(C) No.24478 of 2025, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted stay of recovery proceedings and hence, he seeks to withdraw
the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
3. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned
counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
