No.1562/Mum/2015 for the assessment year 2010-11. 4. The review petition is before us on a praecipe filed by learnedcounsel for the review petitioner. 5. It is submitted that the assessee has opted for settlement underthe Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act, 2020 whereafter Form No.3 hasbeen issued to the review petitioner. In that view of the matter,review petitioner seeks to withdraw the review petition. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to theprayer made. 7.
