I heard learnedGovernment Pleader also. There will be a direction to therespondent to take steps to implement Exts.P3, P8, P10, P11and P12 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within aperiod of three months from the date of receipt of a copy ofthis judgment. The petitioner has another complaint relatingto refund of excess tax paid by her. Learned GovernmentPleader points out Ext.P17 and submits that the petitioner canco-operate to trace out the documents within two months.According to the petitioner, she is willing to co-operate andmake available the remittance challans. In the light of thesubmission, there will be a further direction that upon WPC.20173/08 : 2 : the petitioner producing remittance challans, the respondentwill settle the claims of the petitioner within six weeks from thedate of such challans are produced before him.
