Mr.N.R.Elango, learned Senior counsel instructed by learnedcounsel on record Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan is before this Courton behalf of revision petitioners in these two RevisionPetitions, which are under Section 397 of 'The Code of CriminalProcedure 1973' (Act 2 of 1974), hereinafter referred to as'Cr.P.C' for the sake of brevity.
2. It came to light that the necessity to pursue these twoRevision Petitions are dependent upon the outcome inCrl.O.P.Nos.22136, 22137 of 2019, 1526 and 1526 of 2020 inwhich, orders have been reserved yesterday [10.03.2020].
3. In the light of the aforesaid scenario, learned seniorCounsel made a request that this Court may permit withdrawal ofinstant Revision Petitions with a rider that rights of theRevision petitioners to file Revision Petitions afresh (if theneed arises depending on the outcome in the aforementioned fourCrl.OPs) may please be preserved.
4. Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned counsel on record hasmade an endorsement to this effect in both the Revision Cases.
5. Permitted to withdraw.
6. Both Revision Petitions stand withdrawn albeit preservingthe rights of the revision petitioners in the aforesaid manner.Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
