Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire record relating to the case of the petitioner and after perusing the same, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition:- 1. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the Respondents may be directed to treat the petitioner as on deputation for the course of General Nursing Training and the respondents may be further directed to pay the petitioner full salary and all allowances including compensatory allowances till the completion of training with interest @ 18O/0 per annum. 2. Any other appropriate order or direction, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may be given in favour of the petitioner. 3. Costs of the writ petition may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner." 2. By way of filing the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking the course of General nursing Training and grant her full salary and other allowances till completion of training. 3. At the outset, it has been brought into the notice of this Court that the controversy involved in this petition has already been decided by the Hon'bl'e Apex Court in the case of Mekha Ram and Ors. Vs. State of Raiasthan & Ors. : C.A. Nos,. 2229-2234/20212 on 29.03.2022. 4. Since the controversy involved in this petition has already been set at rest by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mekha Ram (supral, this Court finds no reason to take a different view. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed in the light of the case of Mekha Ram (supra'r. 6. All application(s) (pending, if any) also stand dismissed. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J
