1.Mr. Mukesh Rajpurohit, learned Deputy Solicitor Generalassisted by Mr. Uttam Singh Rajpurohit, submitted that in thechanged circumstances, his client proposes to file application forrevocation of suspension under Clause (5) of Rule (13) ofRajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules,1958, instead of arguing the petition on merits.
2.He further submitted that petitioner would be satisfied if adirection is issued to the competent authority of the respondentsto take decision as early as possible.
3.In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dispose of with adirection to the petitioner to file a representation under Clause (5)of Rule (13) of Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control andAppeal) Rules, 1958 from today.
4.In case, a representation is so addressed, the competentauthority of the respondents shall decide the same (regardingrevocation of suspension of petitioner) in accordance with lawpreferably within two months.
5.Stay application also stands disposed of.
