This review petition has been filed by the petitioner seekingreview of the order dated 12.11.2014 passed by the DivisionBench of this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1239/2013 (T.C.Gupta Vs. UOI & Ors.).
The petitioner has filed this review petition with the delay of40 days, however, the application under Section 5 of theLimitation Act for condonation of delay has also been filed.
Having heard petitioner-T.C. Gupta through videoconferencing and after perusing the impugned order, we are of theopinion that no case is made out to review the impugned orderdated 12.11.2014 as the petitioner has failed to point out anyerror apparent in the impugned order.
In such circumstances, the present review petition isdismissed.
The application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act isdisposed of.
