An identical petition being W.P. (C) 5965 of 2017 filed by the samePetitioner has been disposed of by this Court by an order dated 18[th]July2017.
2. The present petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 18[th]July,2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5965/2017 (titled TATA TELESERVICES LIMITED v. ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF INCOMETAX) setting aside the impugned order dated 7[th]April 2017 of the ITAT andquashing the demand notices Dated 6[th]July 2017 issued under Section 226(3) of the Income Tax Act 1961 and restoring the Petitioner’s stayapplications to the file of the ITAT for a fresh disposal in accordance withlaw. The ITAT should endeavour to dispose of the said applications withinsix weeks from the date it receives a copy of this order.
