1. The present appeal is filed being aggrieved by the impugned
order dated 27.03.2023 passed by the Income Tax
Appellate Tribunal, Raipur Bench, Raipur in ITA No. 15/RPR/2020.15/RPR/2020.
2. Heard on application for withdrawal of the captioned appeal.appeal.
