Having perused the impugned order and the decisionsrendered by the Tribunal when the writ petitioner filed O.A. No.296/2010 & O.A. No. 315/2010 concerning ACR gradings for theyears 2007-08 and 2008-09, we agree with the view taken by theTribunal in the impugned order that the third original applicationfiled by the petitioner would be barred by the principles of resjudicata.
The writ petition is dismissed.
