Perused the order. In view of the submissions of the learned advocate for the applicant, application is allowed The concluding part at page no. 2 of the order dated 08/04/2011 i.e. 'Criminal Case No. 106/2010 arising out of Crime No. 14/2010........' is substituted by 'Criminal Case No. 116/2010 arising out of Crime No. 14/2010......'.
