1. This is a Notice of Motion for condoning 784
days delay in filing of the main appeal. On
perusal of the affidavit in support, we find that
the CCIT-VI approved the filing of the appeal on
04.10.2004 and the appeal was filed on 30.11.2006.
The events which occurs between 04.10.2004 and
30.11.2006 are not listed and therefore, the delay
between the period 4.10.2004 and 30.11.2006 is not
properly explained. Hence, the cause shown is
therefore, not sufficient cause. Hence, Notice of
Motion dismissed.
