On perusal of the affidavit in support of the Motion, we find that after the appeal memo was ready, court fees stamp was provided on 8.6.2006. The appeal however, came to be filed on 11.7.2006. The period between 8.6.2006 and 11.7.2006 is not properly explained. Similarly, the matter was assigned to the panel Advocate for drafting the appeal on 11.8.2005. No details have been provided as to what happened between 11.8.2005 and 8.6.2006. The events during this period have not been set out. In the circumstances, cause shown is not sufficient cause.
