480 days delay in filing of the main appeal. On
perusal of the affidavit in support of the Motion,
we find that the approval of the Chief CIT for
filing the appeal was granted on 18.10.2005. The
appeal was filed in July-2006. The delay caused
during this period has not not been properly
explained. In the circumstances, cause shown is not
sufficient cause. Notice of Motion dismissed.
