lakh. Revenue is bound by the Circular of CBDT.
Learned Counsel states that he has no instructions.
In the light of that, appeal dismissed. The court
fees paid to be recovered from the officer concerned
in the matter as we find no reason why Union of
India should suffer the loss, inspite of Circular of
CBDT which is binding on the respondent.
