which the assessee is entitled to use is 10 years.
2. A similar issue has came up for consideration
before us in CIT Vs. Choudhary Enterprises. By a
speaking judgment, the said appeal filed by the
revenue has been dismissed.
3. Considering the judgment, the question as framed
would not arise and consequently, appeal dismissed.
