1. This is a Motion for condoning 966 days delay in
filing of the main appeal. On perusal of the
affidavit-in-support, we find that the filing of the
appeal was approved on 2.12.2004 and the appeal was
filed on 2.8.2007. No dates have been given in
respect of events which occurred between the
aforesaid 2 dates. Therefore, the cause shown does
not amount to sufficient cause. Hence, Motion
stands dismissed.
