learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to
withdraw the above Notice of Motion since the tax effect
involved in the Appeal is less than Rs.4 lakhs. Notice
of Motion is therefore allowed to be withdrawn and

2. In view of dismissal of Notice of Motion, nothing
further survives in the Appeal. Appeal also stands
