1.Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Bythis Notice of Motion the Applicant is seeking to setaside the orders dated 19/09/2000 and 29/07/2002passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, HighCourt, Mumbai and to restore the Appeal to file.Perused the Notice of Motion and the affidavit- in-support thereof. For the reasons stated thereinsufficient cause is made out for restoring the Appealto file. There is no case of inaction, negligence orwant of bonafide on the part of the Applicant. Hence,
the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause (a).
