ORDER :-
1. The motion is moved for “Speaking to Minute” of order dated11-10-2019 passed in Income Tax Appeal No. 21 of 2015. According tolearned counsel, the ITA has been disposed off, but the number ofmatter is inadvertently mentioned as “ITA No. 21 of 2014” insteadsame ought to be “ITA No. 21 of 2015”. The same is required to becorrected.
2.In view of aforesaid fact, the number “ITA No. 21 of 2015” besubstituted in place of “ITA No. 21 of 2014” in the said order.
3. Necessary correction be carried out.
4.Corrected writ be issued accordingly.
5.The motion stands disposed of accordingly.
