PC:
This appeal was filed against the legal heir of the assessee. The legal heir had also died before this appeal was filed and even before the impugned order of the Tribunal. The appellant was informed about the same by a letter dated 29[th] November, 2011 which enclosed the death certificate of the respondent. A copy of the letter along with death certificate was tendered in court. No steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased on record. The appeal is therefore, abated.
2)The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
