than Rs.4 lakhs.
2. Appeal is therefore, allowed to be
withdrawn and dismissed as such. Permissible Court
Fees be refunded to the Appellant as per the rules.
3. In view of withdrawal of the Appeal itself,

No.4466 of 2007, and hence, the said Notice of
Motion also stands dismissed.
