The appeal arises out of an order of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal dated 17 Mach 2003 and the Assessment Year is 1999-2000. A common order has been passed by the Tribunal for AYs 1998-99 and 1999-2000. The appeal filed by the Revenue for AY 1998-99 has been disposed of by a judgment delivered today in Income Tax Appeal Lodging No.311 of 2004. Both the counsel are agreed that the appeal shall stand governed by the decision rendered today in the companion appeal.
