. We are informed that in respect of the very
asessee, three other appeals for the same period of
delay have been dismissed by the learned bench of
this court. Considering that, and even otherwise,
in our opinion, the cause shown would not amount to
sufficient cause as there is no explanation for the
delay between 11.10.2006 and 22.8.2008. Considering
that, motion dismissed. Consequently appeal also
dismissed.
