DATE : 6 July, 2010. P.C. : 1.The chamber summons has been taken out to bring the Official Liquidator, High Court, Calcutta on the record. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant has sought leave to amend the Chamber Summons to delete the name of the Official Liquidator and to bring the Official Liquidator in his official capacity on record. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of day. There is no reason as to why the chamber summons should not be allowed. 2.The chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
